Feeling much better

The Barco Crew has been enjoying the seasonal flu since Saturday. Today, we are free of the clutches of this mere malaise and I hope that this wraps up the flu season with mild quickie. Keeping it all positive and in proper perspective.

How about those first three games of the Tigers vs Athletics? Tiger pitching has been top notch and I was thinking it was all over until last night's game. Maybe the cold weather in Michigan was a factor over the weekend, too. Either way, the Tigers need one more win to take it all. I vote for not.

Someone is traveling to Michigan on Friday, so we will have to dig up the sweaters and jackets to preserve the newly retrieved good health. It's freezing up there, you know... a person might need heat.  I will have to remain with the boat as we are now the Race Committee vessel for Saturday's Navy Day Regatta. Joy. At least the race will be hosted by the Florida Yacht Club, so you can trust that it will be a proper occasion.

I will be making preparations for the weekend by giving the Barco a good bath and stocking up the fridge for the guests.

I want new furniture!
And you have new furniture! With covers, too.

Have a nice day out there...

Glad you're feeling better. I got my flu shot a lil over a week ago and am hoping Fortune continues to look upon me with favor, as I haven't had the flu in four or five years. And yes, I DID beat on the wood bookcase vigorously before I wrote this.
